SmartLam’s manufacturing expertise is grounded in precision engineering and advanced production techniques. To ensure maximum product quality, SmartLam production Hubs maintain a strictly controlled environment with active dust, temperature, and humidity management, while utilizing robotic CNC technology to support both high-volume and custom projects.

East Hub (370,000 sq. ft.), Dothan, Alabama

  • Southern Pine (SP) CLT Panels: Available in thicknesses up to 12 3/8” (with panel dimensions up to 11’ W x 51’ L). 
  • Southern Pine (SP) and Douglas-Fir (D-Fir) Glulam: Precision-manufactured in structural dimensions up to 24” wide, 78” deep, and 60’ long. 
  • All fabrication is done via robotic CNC

West Hub (120,000 sq. ft.), Columbia Falls, Montana 

  • Western Species CLT Panels: Manufactured using premium Douglas-Fir (D-Fir), Spruce-Pine-Fir (SPF), and Hemlock-Fir (Hem-Fir) in thicknesses up to 12 3/8” (with panel dimensions up to 10’ W x 51’ L). 
  • All fabrication is done via robotic CNC
